Jacobs Special Olympics State Bound

In 2008, the Jacobs Special Olympics co-ed basketball team made history as the first competitive athletic team in District 300 history comprised of students with disabilities.  Tomorrow, the team will write a proud new chapter in D300 history at the state tournament. 

The Jacobs Special Olympics basketball team will compete in the State Special Olympics Illinois Basketball Tournament, March 12 and 13,at Illinois State University.  The public is welcome to cheer them on.  Here is the Jacobs game schedule:
